Upper Hand Sports Institute recognizes that athletics are just as important to teens and adults as they are to children. Whether you are the casual athlete and just trying to stay fit or you are competitive in sports with high aspirations, we can fit into your fitness plans.

As we get older our goals and needs change. It was important for us to create a class that would help improve athletic performance, balance, agility, speed and cardiovascular health. The class combines core stabilization, footwork drills and some ingenuity to separate us from other classes you may have tried in the past.

Regardless if you are just looking for a fun way to stay fit and burn calories or looking to add an edge to your game, we think we can meet your needs.
